On Friday, I received my custom Reeboks, and I am very happy with the results. I received the sneakers less than two weeks after ordering them, and know a friend that has been waiting on his NikeIDs for 8 weeks.

Use Bloglines to Improve your Internet Life

February 22nd, 2006

I’ve been meaning to write about RSS (Really Simple Syndication) readers, as I’ve been using web-based bloglines to do most of my internet surfing for a few years now. An RSS reader is basically an Inbox for new content of all of your favorite websites. It also allows for you to save articles for future reference or email them.

Here’s a great article on how to get started with Bloglines: 23 real simple steps to making your Internet life much better. I highly recommend using blogines to surf the web and will make more RSS related posts over the next weeks.

Let the world wide web come to you.

Trip to Tampa Bay

Kiss

I just got back from a 4 day weekend in Tampa Bay (including Clearwater Beach, Sarasota, Tampa, and St Petersberg). Great place to visit despite the unseasonably cold weather. The highlight was taking a Segway Tour which is offered in 120 or so cities.

A giant sculpture in Sarasota of a famous kiss is pictured, see the photoset of the trip (or the slideshow)

Jaeger Reeboks

Reebok has a new service called Rbk Custom that allows you to design your own sneakers for about $100 including tax and shipping. NikeID is a similar service that has a few more options but is a bit more expensive. I’ve always been a Reebok fan.

I just ordered my own custom pair (pictured) and created a few other designs along the way.
